Before I started

Still Before I started
(But Naked)

This is the 94 VFR rear Hub. Notice the 4 bolts protruding where the wheel goes.

This is the
99 VFR rear wheel
(notice the notches to fit over the bolts)

This is the Spacer on the right side. It's 20mm long by 25mm Diameter and a 20mm hole for the pivot.

I added these washers to guarantee clearance between the shift linkage and the swingarm.

I ended up with better clearance from the washers in the previous picture.

This is the brake line from the VFR, But the brake lever and reservoir from the CBR. Stainless steel line will be coming soon.

The 5.5" rear wheel from the 99 VFR is very close to the 94 VFR swingarm. I even shaved a tiny bit off the tire.

Here's what it looks like
 so far.

And here is what it looks like
 with the wheel on.

My wheels, fresh from
INDUSTRIAL COATINGS

I went ahead and had the stock CBR rear wheel powder coated at the same time.(In case I took the SSSA off!)

The 1999 VFR rear wheel with tire on.

Don't forget to balance your wheels!
Of course you use the TireQwik static balancer, and VFR adapter available at
www.tireqwik.com

Balancing the front wheel.

Here's the rear section with wheel added.

The front assembly completed.

Here's the whole bike
after being reassembled.
The exhaust will be
moved to the left side,
Pictures will be up soon
.

More pictures to come of the Powder coating process that was done on the wheels shown above.
I will also be putting up exhaust migration pictures eventually.
